Before the session-
If photos are needed within a certain time frame, please book early enough incase of rescheduling due to inclement weather.
Clothing-
For portraits-
-Emphasis should be on the person(s) being photographed, not their clothing. Please choose clothing that does not have strong patterns and/or logos. For photos of more than one person, similar colors/outfits will look best.
-Try to choose colors that would look nice in the location we are shooting in. For example, I would not recommend wearing a neon green shirt to a grassy park. Feel free to contact me for help or with questions.
For dancers-
-I recommend wearing a leotard under clothes that you might also like to wear during the shoot (section above still applies).
-If you choose to wear tights, they should go underneath your leotard.
-Please bring a quick cover up such as a dress or t-shirt for walking around between shots.
-Other dresses, skirts, tutus, and/or props to use during the shoot are always great to have.
-Bring shoes you don’t mind getting ruined. Also, booties to quickly slip over shoes are helpful incase we do a lot of walking.
-Don’t forget to bring water and stretch before arriving at the shoot.
After the session-
For photoshoots-
-All photos will be sent as unedited proofs via Google Drive. After your favorites are selected, those photos will be edited and sent back to you.
For parties/events-
-All images will be edited and sent via Google Drive or on a flash drive/dvd. I will use my judgement to select the best photos while trying to include as many as possible for you to hold as memories.
If you would like your photos rushed for an additional fee please let me know.
Images will remain on Google Drive for a minimum of 30 days. Please make sure to download and save images within a timely manner.
I will notify you before they are taken down.
*Photos are edited to my artistic taste.
*Regular edits do not include heavy retouching unless discussed prior or if I decide to use the image(s) for my portfolio.
*If photos are posted on social media or used in any publications please make sure that I am tagged/given credit.

After the session-
-Raw unedited footage or edited video can be sent through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or on a flash drive/dvd.
For parties/events-
-Full length video included (usually around 45 minutes - 1 hour long). Consists of all important parts of event.
-Highlights video is additional (usually around 1-2 minutes long). Consists of most fun/interesting parts of event and is synced to a song. Great for sharing on social media and with friends/family.
If you would like your video(s) rushed for an additional fee please let me know.
Video(s) will remain on Google Drive for a minimum of 30 days. Please make sure to download and save video(s) within a timely manner.

Photo/Video Montages
What is a photo/video montage? It could be a slideshow of just photographs, a montage of both photos and videos, or just videos!
Montages can be made for any event or occasion such as-
Vacations, weddings, sweet sixteens, birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, communions, christenings, proms, graduations, school events, and more!
-Perfect for viewing at your event with guests.
-Would make a wonderful gift for a loved one.
-Great to have as a highlights video to look back on/share with others.
How it works-
-You can send/give me your photos/videos via Google Drive, flash drive, dvd, or physical photos. I can also create a montage of photos/videos I have taken for you.
-Either one of us can choose the song(s). For montages made to loop throughout an event, no song is needed.
-The montage will be sent to you via Google Drive or on a flash drive/dvd.
If you would like your montage rushed for an additional fee please let me know.
Montage will remain on Google Drive for a minimum of 30 days. Please make sure to download and save montage within a timely manner. I will notify you before it is taken down.
Any physical photos will also be returned unless previously agreed upon.

Photo Scanning

Do you have boxes of old family photos/documents just sitting around taking up space? It’s time to digitize them! Rest easy knowing years of cherished memories are kept safe incase physical photos get lost or ruined in a flood/fire. Having digital images also makes it easier to share with loved ones!
Any size up to 8x10 is accepted.
Polaroids and postcard style paper are also accepted.
Files can be renamed however you like.
Don’t trust those large companies and don’t want to risk your photos getting lost in the mail? We can work out a pickup/drop off time!
All physical photos will be returned unless previously agreed upon.
Pricing-
-300 dpi resolution (most popular- recommended for safe keeping)
$0.50 per photo
-600 dpi resolution (recommended for reprinting/enlargements)
$1.00 per photo
-Additional fees may apply depending on request.
Photo albums/scrapbooks-
-Photos could be placed back how they were in a photo album after scanning for an additional $0.25 per photo.
-If you do not want the photos placed back in the album, they will be returned in organized stacks for an additional $0.10 per photo.
-If the photos are adhered to paper (scrapbook style), please remove them before hand.
After scanning-
-Digital photos can be sent via Google Drive for no extra cost, or on a flash drive/dvd for $10.
-Photos will remain on Google Drive for a minimum of 30 days. Please make sure to download and save photos within a timely manner.
I will notify you before they are taken down.
-Once received, I recommend backing up the digital files to a hard drive or cloud (or both) for extra safe keeping.
